Detective Turner: If Looks Could Kill
A downloadable game for Windows and macOS
This is the prologue for Detective Turner: If Looks Could Kill, where you solve a small personal mystery. Get to know Turner as you piece together what happened the night before: where that strange pot plant came from, why the front door is barricaded with a chair, and what exactly went wrong.
This demo unfolds as a contained investigation, introducing the game’s core mechanics and tone, and ends when the larger murder case begins.

Mac / OSX: Click here if the game won’t open
If you're using Mac/OSX and encounter the pop up that says "Apple could not verify ILCK is free of malware that may harm your Mac or compromise your privacy", do the following:
- Click Done
- Open System Settings
- Go to Privacy & Security
- Scroll down to Security
- Next to "ILCK-Prologue0.0.3-OSX" click Open Anyway
- Click Open Anyway again
- Enter your password or use Touch ID
This warning is a standard macOS security measure for apps that haven’t been code-signed through Apple. Many indie games and prototypes built with Unity trigger this message. The game is safe to run and does not contain any malware — you just need to manually approve it once.
