You play Barry, a disillusioned hitman who has grown tired of his day job, and dreams of becoming an interior decorator.
DECORATING
Your recent move to a new neighborhood leaves you stuck in an empty apartment which is taking its toll on your mental health. The nicer your apartment looks, the better you will feel. Decorate your apartment with over 100 individidual pieces of furniture.
SNIPING
To buy furniture, you have to make more money. Unfortunately your day job requires you to work with your handler and execute hits.
Find your target in the crowd with a polaroid to guide you.
Mistakes can be costly.
BETTY
Meet your friendly neighbor Betty who drops in regularly with fresh gossip from the neighborhood and keenly observes the development of your interior design skills.
INTERIOR DESIGN
As you complete the look of your apartment, Betty keeps asking for your help with projects around the neighborhood: to rearrange her living room for improved Feng Shui, or to convert a former teenage bedroom into a home office.

I really enjoyed the game! Wished there is a save feature because at one point, I had to force close the game. It got stuck, and I couldn't answer a call from The Man. Love the concept! If this does make it into a full game, I hope it will have a much longer story plot :D the idea of a hitman having a soft double life is......kinda (disturbingly) cute.
I loved the contrast between the main character's passions and his jobs, giving the player multiple things to do and to have fun with
This game is so fun to decorate in. If I had the money, I would 100% buy the full game when it is released. My only complaints is a lack of rugs, wall item support and a way to like fully renovate the bathroom.
I came to a realization that the other side isn't visible so here.
i used the money at the end of the demo to become a PS5 scalper >:D

Very cool and chill game!
If i could give a bit of feedback:
-when aiming, the mouse sensivity should be reduced, otherwise aiming gets complicated w high sensitivity
-i had very few sniping missions so mby im wrong, but making running or peaking (hiding and u only see a bit of their hitbox, then they could switch to running mode after enought time mby) targets would help making the sniping portion on the game less boring by comparison (ik it might be the point but rn its lacking some diversity)
- WOULD IT BE POSSIBLE TO INVERT ASSYMETRIC PROPS IN ONE AXIS plzzzz it would be so good (i wanted to make a symmetric office desk setup for 2 but currently its not possible)
- if we could change props hues for those that are just a solid color, that would be AWESOME

Saw the Game Grumps let's play on this game and had to give it a try. Love it! Only real gripe is that Betty glitched and never showed up past the intro sequence (she spawns, but stays way off at her spawn point - see my example [she's in the upper left of the image]) so no quest progression for me yet... and I also have an ultrawide monitor and had to set my resolution down to 1920x1080 to play since the UI seems to proportionally scale and cuts off the top and bottom in ultrawide modes. Once these get fixed this will be a game I'll definitely play over and over, if for nothing else than for the ambience and chill vibe! Thank you!
Update: So after following the advice I'd seen about avoiding taking a contract after Betty has arrived and started ringing the doorbell (to avoid the questline soft lock) I was able to complete the demo along with the set of Betty objectives - thereby allowing Barry to cast off his old life and start anew in his new career! (yay!) It's also genuinely satisfying to see the happiness meter topped out. Love that for our protagonist! The generous bonus the devs provide for you to implement your absolute dream home is another delight.
And so... since our humble devs asked for some screenshot love, here's the latest iteration I had, after that career-change bonus! Enjoy!
I had a blast playing this! I found these kinds of games boring before, but the little sniping game made me try this, and I absolutely love it! Also, I think that a clipping and lock toggle would be awesome! I have really shaky hands so I think it'll help other people with this condition as well. (would also love it if the sniping game is a bit longer and hopefully there's an extension for the apartment as well lol) All in all, I love this and definitely would play the full version! Thank you for making this. I love it!
Had this sat in my library for a while with the best intentions... What a fun little game! Please make a bigger version somehow, it is such a cool idea!

I had an amazing time with this game! I finished it much quicker than I expected, I only completed around 4-5 contracts before Betty told me to quit and start interior designing, but I had a blast with it! I'm excited to see more furniture get added and hopefully a renovation mode where you can build/extend rooms? Either way, great mechanics and lovely vibe :)

Absolutely had a ball with this game. What a concept! Love the sniping and LOVE the interior decorating. A game to play again and again just to see what can be achieved - including playing as a morose loner (how will Betty react to that!?). Bravo ALL DAY ALL NIGHT, you have created something unique.

(C3 is a new-ish gaming based social media, that also lets you rate and review games so it's also like goodreads but for games)
didn't get a screenshot of Barry's final apartment (I forgot) but here is what I've done with the pink teen bedroom
I did have a bit of trouble here and there placing the furniture. For example if I placed something close to a wall it'd end up falling on the wall and stood there tilted instead of being properly placed, might be a me issue tho. (maybe a placement preview or something that can be toggled on and off for those who might need it)
I already saw in your replies to other comments that more stuff will be added to the game and I'm really excited for that!!!
